Head of Talent Acquisition – US Trucking & International Remote Teams

About the role

In Time Transport Corp is seeking a senior leader to own and scale recruitment for its U.S. trucking operations and international remote teams. You will design and execute high‑impact hiring systems that support rapid growth across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Take immediate ownership of all company recruiting activities.
• Source, screen, interview, verify, and present qualified candidates for both U.S.‑based and international remote positions.
• Build and maintain recruiting SOPs, interview scorecards, pipelines, and candidate‑verification standards.
• Develop sourcing strategies for every open role and track KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and retention.
• Manage a team of recruiters, assign vacancies, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Hire department managers and help shape the company’s leadership team.
• Provide weekly recruiting reports directly to the owner.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience for U.S. Class 8 OTR trucking companies.
• At least 2 years hiring international remote back‑office staff for trucking firms.
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions (dispatch, safety, fleet, operations, accounting, HR, IT, etc.).
• Track record of building or owning a recruiting department, processes, SOPs, scorecards, pipelines, and KPIs.
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Chicago Central Time.
