HR Operations Lead, LATAM Shared Services

About the role

The HR & Payroll Operations Lead, LATAM Shared Services will serve as the regional operational subject matter expert and primary functional escalation point for HR Operations processes across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance and support for benefits administration, leave and absence, ServiceNow HRSD case management, Workday HCM, and Tier 1 payroll inquiries.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, knowledge articles, and training materials for assigned processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional issue resolution, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support LATAM expansion of the Shared Services model.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Benefits or Leave Administration, preferably across multiple LATAM countries.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and leave administration, and ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Workday HCM (employee lifecycle, absence, reporting, data management).
• ServiceNow HRSD (case management, workflows, reporting).
• Benefits administration and leave management expertise.
• Tier 1 payroll inquiry support knowledge.
