Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Monterrey. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a wide range of clinical and non‑clinical positions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source and attract nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, clinical staff and non‑clinical personnel.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Mexican labor regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and produce recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting within the healthcare industry.
• Fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with hiring managers.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
