HEOR Specialist – Modeling (Latin America)

About the role

The HEOR Specialist – Modeling will join Johnson & Johnson's regional Market Access team in Mexico City. The role focuses on developing high‑quality economic tools that support the value narrative of J&J medicines across Latin America, influencing reimbursement dossiers and pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and adapt cost‑effectiveness and budget impact models from scratch.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with regional guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to produce economic models, value stories, and pricing analyses for multiple therapeutic areas.
• Transfer knowledge of model outputs and methodologies to local and regional market access teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing models and economic tools.

Required profile

• Strong background in health economics, health technology assessment, and pricing concepts.
• Strategic thinker with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional knowledge sharing.
• Experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is preferred.
