Host (Butler) Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Host (Butler) Supervisor leads the Front Office team at One&Only Palmilla, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the resort’s ultra‑luxury standards. Reporting to the Host Manager, you will coordinate the Host Team, Reception Concierge, Connectivity Services, and guest‑experience activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and section assignments for optimal service delivery.
• Manage VIP coverage, guest recognition programs, and service recovery initiatives.
• Act as the communication bridge between Front Office and other departments to guarantee seamless arrival and departure experiences.
• Maintain compliance with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and One&Only quality standards.
• Support workforce planning, coaching, and performance monitoring to achieve departmental financial and service goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end guest services.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational aptitude with a focus on detail and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Operational expertise in front‑office and concierge environments.
• Experience with luxury service standards such as Forbes Travel Guide and LQA.
