Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads the public‑area housekeeping team at One&Only Palmilla, ensuring every space reflects the resort’s luxury standards. You will coordinate daily operations, uphold hygiene and safety protocols, and deliver an impeccable environment for guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas according to hotel policies.
• Supervise and coordinate staff assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Review daily logbooks to follow up on pending issues and previous‑day notes.
• Monitor hotel occupancy, VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and group check‑ins to adjust staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and One&Only Palmilla standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide coaching to achieve flawless presentation.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and coordinate with procurement.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and uphold safety and hygiene protocols.
