Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads the public‑area housekeeping team at One&Only Palmilla, ensuring every space reflects the resort’s luxury standards. You will coordinate daily operations, uphold hygiene and safety protocols, and create an impeccable environment for guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas according to hotel policies and luxury brand guidelines.
• Supervise and coordinate staff assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Review daily logbooks, follow up on pending issues, and communicate notes from the previous shift.
• Monitor hotel occupancy, VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and group check‑ins to anticipate staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and One&Only Palmilla quality standards.
