HR Analyst

About the role

As an HR Analyst at FARO Creaform you will sit at the heart of people operations, turning HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. You will ensure data accuracy, build reports and dashboards, and partner with HR stakeholders across key cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR data transactions in SuccessFactors, including employee changes, mass uploads, and LOA/FMLA entries.
• Develop, update and distribute recurring and ad‑hoc HR reports, maintaining dashboards and visualizations.
• Conduct regular audits of HRIS, payroll and downstream systems to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Support major annual HR cycles such as salary planning, performance management and succession planning through data preparation and analysis.
• Provide benchmarking insights and analytical support to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
• Ensure accurate data throughout onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist learning and development initiatives by tracking training and coordinating logistics.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to understand data needs, resolve reporting issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of HR experience, with a minimum of two years focused on analytics, reporting or data management.
• Hands‑on experience in an HRIS environment, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion and a commitment to data integrity.
