HR Business Partner – Industrial Plant (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a key industrial site in Mexico. You will act as the primary HR liaison between the shop floor, local management, and the regional US headquarters, ensuring HR initiatives support business performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement and employee relations.
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for the site, providing advice, coaching and both operational and strategic support.
• Deploy group HR policies locally, adapting them to site realities while maintaining global standards.
• Prepare and deliver HR reporting (metrics, succession, turnover, training, etc.) to the US headquarters.
• Analyze HR data, identify trends and propose action plans to improve processes.
• Participate in regional and global HR projects such as culture, transformation, D&I and digitalization.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ethics and internal standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a structured, preferably industrial and international environment.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using digital HR tools and information systems.
