HR Business Partner – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda across our Latin America region. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting roughly 450 employees in Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Brazil while driving organizational development, leadership capability, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
• Drive organizational development, effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Support transformation and change‑management projects across LATAM.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, team effectiveness, and employee‑relations matters.
• Build leadership pipelines and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Establish, harmonise, and continuously improve HR processes, structures, and governance across multiple countries.
• Lead performance management, workforce planning, salary planning, and employee development processes.
• Promote operational HR excellence through standardisation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across diverse teams, functions, and cultures.
• Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of programs and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably in large international organisations with mature HR functions.
• Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Talent Management.
• Proven track record of leading organisational transformation and implementing HR structures, processes, and operating models across multiple countries.
