HR Business Partner – Operations & Sales (Mexico)

About the role

This position is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner who can lead talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience, and organizational development across Mexico. You will serve as the primary HR contact for regional leaders, ensuring people processes align with global standards and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own all People operations in Mexico, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee relations.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition function, supervising the recruiting team and ensuring high‑quality hiring processes.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding, managing contracts, document validation, and delivering a consistent onboarding experience.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from voluntary and involuntary terminations to reporting to leadership.
• Drive organizational development through performance evaluations, policy updates, training plans, and HR process improvements.
• Provide senior‑level employee support across the country.
• Supervise HR operations such as inventory management, documentation control, and HR systems.
• Lead and develop the HR team, fostering alignment with culture, performance, and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles covering talent acquisition, HR operations, and people management.
• Experience leading HR teams in multinational environments (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage benefits, immigration cases, and HR platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
