HR Business Partner – US & Mexico

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for our U.S. and Mexico operations. You will partner with business leaders to shape talent strategy, improve HR processes, and foster a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for U.S. positions, ensuring efficient recruitment and effective onboarding.
• Design and execute talent management initiatives, including training, organizational development, change management, and policy rollout.
• Monitor, analyze, and streamline HR processes to align with corporate objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for stakeholders in the U.S. and Mexico, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with U.S. HR practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Bilingual proficiency – advanced English (B2‑C1) and Spanish (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making using HR metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and manage change effectively.
