HR Director – Mexico

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our human resources function across three Mexico offices (Coyoacan, Reforma and Remsen). The role partners with senior leaders to drive the people agenda, ensure operational excellence, and influence strategic change.

Key responsibilities

• Align local HR strategy with global business unit priorities.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR operational support, leveraging functional experts as needed.
• Ensure seamless employee experiences across all HR processes.
• Coach and develop management teams on business execution and people leadership.
• Identify, select, and retain world‑class talent in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven HR leadership experience, preferably at a senior or director level.
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering HR initiatives that support strategic business goals.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
