HR Generalist – Mexico

About the role

Channel Factory is looking for a proactive, people‑first HR Generalist to lead all HR operations for its Mexico team. Reporting to North America HR and working closely with the Global HR team, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while ensuring strict compliance with Mexican labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day HR operations in Mexico, including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract management, and employee records.
• Maintain full compliance with Mexican employment laws, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Prima Vacacional, Aguinaldo, and related statutory requirements.
• Coordinate payroll, mandatory contributions, and HR administration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Employer of Record (EOR) provider, handling documentation, data management, and compliance updates.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Mexico‑based roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and source candidates.
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies, contracts, and benefits in a timely, professional manner.
