HR Generalist – On-site at Manufacturing Facility

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Mexico is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the on‑site HR anchor at its high‑precision manufacturing facility in Querétaro. You will ensure labor stability, enforce policy compliance, and partner with facilities management to deliver a positive daily experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide shop‑floor support, handling payroll queries, grievances and routine requests during shifts.
• Monitor and analyse absenteeism on production lines and implement reduction strategies.
• Execute disciplinary actions and administrative records in accordance with Federal Labor Law.
• Coordinate off‑boarding processes, including terminations, resignations and labor suspensions.
• Manage onboarding activities, employee file administration, contract signings and system registrations.
• Organise team‑building events, wellness campaigns, recognition programs and climate surveys.
• Maintain training records to satisfy audit and industry standards.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to implement HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Align HR actions with EHS policies, contributing to safety KPIs and incident management.
• Participate in internal and external audits, reporting any safety or environmental anomalies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage payroll, grievances, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
