HR Generalist & Recruiter (Mexico)

About the role

Channel Factory is looking for a resourceful HR Generalist and Recruiter to lead all HR functions for its Mexico team. Reporting to North America HR and working closely with the global HR group, you will manage everything from talent acquisition to compliance and employer‑of‑record (EOR) coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day HR operations in Mexico, including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract management and employee records.
• Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor legislation, social security (IMSS), housing fund (INFONAVIT), vacation, bonus and other statutory obligations.
• Support payroll administration, mandatory contributions and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Employer of Record provider, handling data management, compliance updates and employee lifecycle events.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for Mexico‑based positions, dedicating roughly 40 % of time to sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
