HR Internal Communication and I&D Analyst

About the role

The HR Internal Communication and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Analyst will support the HR team by designing and executing communication strategies that reinforce the company’s culture, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives. This role blends internal communications expertise with a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication campaigns aligned with organizational goals and I&D objectives.
• Create multi‑channel content, ensuring brand consistency and inclusive language.
• Coordinate I&D programs, events, and awareness activities.
• Track I&D metrics, action plans, and KPIs to ensure compliance.
• Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to improve communication and inclusion efforts.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership review.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and employee resource groups to nurture an inclusive culture.
• Organize training, workshops, and awareness sessions on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and effective communication.
• Maintain documentation required for audits, certifications, and compliance reviews.
• Support change‑management initiatives with targeted communication plans.
• Research industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Psychology, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within HR or complex organizations.
• Fluent business‑level English (spoken, written, reading).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong knowledge of graphic‑design software or systems.
• Ability to record, produce, and edit internal video content.
• Experience developing communication plans, campaigns, and strategies.
