HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist executes employee lifecycle and HR operational processes across the Americas region, supporting employees, managers, and HR stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR operational activities and processes in line with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Manage operational requests, transactions, and casework, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Maintain employee data, records, and documentation with high accuracy and integrity.
• Support compliance, audit, reporting, and documentation activities related to HR processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve routine process issues and ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain and contribute to operational documentation, including procedures and job aids.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Support implementation of new processes, technologies, programs, and operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Experience supporting HR operations, service delivery, compliance, data management, or similar functions.
• Experience managing transactions, employee records, requests, or operational workflows.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
• Experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) and case management tools.
