HR Operations Analyst

About the role

The HR Operations Analyst serves as an advanced operational resource within HR Operations, providing process expertise, coordination, and leadership support across the employee lifecycle for the Americas region. This role facilitates complex, cross‑functional HR processes, clarifies requirements, and ensures successful execution across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned HR operational processes, programs, and services.
• Coordinate complex, cross‑functional operational requests involving multiple stakeholders and support functions.
• Clarify process requirements, identify dependencies, approvals, risks, and escalation paths.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation such as process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and job aids.
• Lead knowledge transfer, training, and operational readiness activities for process transitions and service migrations.
• Identify, recommend, implement, and sustain process improvements to enhance service delivery, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
• Lead small to medium‑sized operational projects and support implementation of new processes, technologies, and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting HR Operations, shared services, process improvement, or similar functions.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, assess complex situations, and identify practical solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday and SharePoint.
