HR Location Specialist

About the role

The HR Location Specialist will support the implementation of local Human Resources strategies, policies, and programs to ensure an efficient, compliant, and engaging workplace. Working closely with business leaders and employees, the role covers recruitment, employee relations, talent development, performance management, training, compensation, and overall HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of local HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with global and regional standards.
• Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management activities.
• Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation, company policies, and HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting and data integrity.
• Coordinate employee services and engagement initiatives, including communication and employer branding.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support compensation and benefits processes, annual salary reviews, and HR administration.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and support HR systems implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
