HR Operations Manager

About the role

Harbour Energy is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the Human Resources function in Mexico. You will ensure that HR activities align with corporate policies, local labour laws, and the operational needs of a fast‑growing oil and gas business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of HR policies and programs that support business objectives.
• Drive strategic staffing initiatives, including recruitment, retention, succession planning and talent management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive HR practices and support organizational development.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, Harbour Energy HSES procedures, and ethics and compliance policies.
• Set and monitor HR metrics, reporting results to senior management.
• Continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR operations in a multinational environment, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work collaboratively across functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
