HR Service Advisor – Employee & Manager Support

About the role

The HR Service Advisor provides front‑line support to employees and managers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate HR data management. The role also contributes to testing new system updates, creating training materials, and supporting the rollout of new policies.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and review employee data in the HRIS, manage bulk uploads, and perform data quality checks.
• Protect data privacy, report discrepancies, and assist with data audits.
• Upload employee records to the Record Centre and verify documentation related to hiring, compensation, and termination.
• Document and update desktop procedures, knowledge‑base articles, and process guides.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries, research policies, and triage requests to appropriate queues.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for country‑specific HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Participate in testing of system changes and contribute to the creation of user training materials.
• Provide input on new policy implementations based on employee feedback.
