HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist

About the role

The HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist supports TNC’s People Team across nine Latin American countries, ensuring consistent HR services for a geographically dispersed workforce. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the role partners with global People functions and regional stakeholders to drive HR programs, data integrity, and talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional Workday expert, handling system queries, incident tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and data analyses for management review.
• Build strong relationships with People Team partners and regional business units to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
• Advise on job descriptions, grade levels, and compensation in line with TNC policies and local labor laws.
• Support recruitment activities, including job description reviews, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer letter preparation.
• Manage onboarding processes and contribute to employee experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in HR generalist or talent acquisition roles within a multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation across Latin America.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for employees and managers at all levels.
