Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the primary HR advisor for multiple locations and business units across the region. Working closely with managers and employees, you will align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational change, and ensure compliance with legal and risk‑management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and translate them into effective HR programs.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, including cross‑cultural communication strategies and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Centers of Expertise (COE) to deliver OD, talent management, and compensation solutions.
• Develop and monitor the Organizational Effectiveness Plan, reporting progress and adjustments.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and talent‑development guidance to high‑potential employees.
• Oversee delivery of HR services, ensuring consistency and alignment with regional objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar consulting role.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with internal customers.
• Excellent project‑management and change‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of risk management within HR initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with COE and functional HR teams.
