About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with site leaders to deliver HR programs that support business objectives. Acting as the primary HR contact, the partner assists leaders and associates across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR support and leadership for the sterilization operation, serving as the main point of contact for leaders and associates.
- Partner with operational leaders to implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Guide leaders and associates on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution, and other HR practices.
- Conduct employee investigations, administer disciplinary actions, and manage associate separation processes in line with company policies and employment law.
- Support talent attraction, selection, and onboarding in coordination with Talent Acquisition and operational leaders.
- Coordinate associate services and local HR programs such as transportation, cafeteria services, employee events, payroll support, benefits, and other workforce support initiatives.
- Implement and oversee programs related to performance management, talent development, employee engagement, communications, recognition, and associate experience.
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, discipline, vacancies, headcount) and develop corrective actions as needed.
- Represent HR in operational meetings, cross‑functional activities, and workforce forums to ensure effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, applicable employment regulations, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to align site HR priorities, programs, and initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience providing HR support in an operational or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and manage disciplinary and separation processes.
- Experience partnering with talent acquisition teams to attract, select, and onboard talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
