Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to coordinate employee relations and personnel administration in a high‑volume environment. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting managers and staff, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee employee relations and personnel administration processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, internal regulations, and labor‑law compliance.
• Manage disciplinary actions, administrative procedures, and employee‑relations cases.
• Participate in internal investigations and conflict‑resolution initiatives.
• Oversee employee terminations, settlements, and personnel movements.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and metrics on turnover, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and engagement.
• Maintain effective communication with bilingual teams and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or as an HR Generalist.
• Experience managing high‑volume workforces.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration processes.
• Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service orientation.
