Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the HR Director and lead the Talent Development, Retention and Engagement agenda for MVW’s Mexico City site. The role combines strategic partnership with day‑to‑day operational oversight of compliance, employee relations and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Director and site management to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, implement and monitor training, development and engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Mexico’s Federal Labor Law and maintain relationships with labor authorities.
• Support performance management and talent acquisition processes across all levels.
• Assist in labor audits and provide timely escalation of issues to HR leadership.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of labor legislation and government regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, Business Partner or Generalist, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work on‑site in Mexico City for the first 6‑12 months.
