About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Mexico City as a Senior Associate focused on Workday Time Tracking and Absence. You will work with a diverse client portfolio, helping them implement and optimise Workday solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design effective Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration of Workday applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimise processes, drive efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• Develop training materials and documentation to enhance client understanding of Workday functionality.
• Manage and inspire team members to deliver high‑quality client engagements.
• Interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations for client projects.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Workday solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex concepts.
• Proven ability to build meaningful client relationships and anticipate needs.
• Commitment to upholding professional and technical standards.
