Human Resources Partner – ICP Plant

About the role

The Human Resources Partner will work closely with plant leadership and employees at the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras to align people strategies with business objectives. This role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on support in employee relations, talent development, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals and operational priorities.
• Lead talent development initiatives, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee‑relations issues, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to drive recruiting, workforce planning, and staffing for the plant.
• Design, execute, and analyze HR programs that improve employee experience and business performance.
• Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements while supporting change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous management or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development.
• Ability to coach leaders, influence change, and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
