Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager to design and execute influencer campaigns for global brands. The role is fully remote and will collaborate across time zones to deliver measurable brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Define campaign goals, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and manage relationships with creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs and emerging platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports and continuously optimise programs based on insights and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, agencies and talent representatives to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced digital environment.
• Passion for influencer marketing, content strategy and social media innovation.
