About the role
As an Artificial Intelligence Specialist Engineer at Bosch Group, you will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine‑learning solutions that drive business processes and product innovation across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full AI model lifecycle: data collection, training, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Develop internal frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for responsible AI usage.
- Integrate AI models into enterprise systems via APIs and micro‑services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and ensure compliance with data governance and traceability standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to communicate results to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Keras.
- MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker.
- Hugging Face Transformers, OpenCV, YOLO, spaCy.
- Apache Spark, SQL, Pandas, dbt.
- Git, DVC, Weights & Biases for version control and experiment tracking.
- Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and model serving.
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
- API design, micro‑services architecture.
- Model evaluation metrics, A/B testing, statistical performance analysis.
- Responsible AI, XAI, fairness frameworks, data governance, feature stores, model registries.
