Innovative Solutions Manager – Surgery (Mexico)

About the role

The Innovative Solutions Manager for Surgery will define and drive the Innovative Solutions strategy across Mexico, positioning integrated services and solutions as a key lever for value creation, market expansion, and long‑term growth for J&J Surgery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Mexico Innovative Solutions strategy, ensuring alignment with business unit priorities, commercial objectives, and customer needs.
• Partner closely with Health Economics, KAMs, Medical Affairs and Account Leads to design, tailor and implement innovative customer solutions and value propositions.
• Oversee design, governance, deployment and lifecycle management of scalable, integrated solutions.
• Monitor project execution, track ROI and business impact, and provide visibility to internal stakeholders and C‑suite customers.
• Gather actionable customer insights, identify partnership opportunities and build external alliances with third‑party innovators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic partnership, health economics or commercial strategy within the medical or surgical sector.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills to engage senior executives and internal stakeholders.
