Medical Information Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Medical Information Operations Specialist to join its remote team. The role focuses on receiving, documenting, and responding to safety and product inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and investigative sites.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming calls, chats, and emails reporting lifecycle safety data.
• Summarize and disseminate accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients using approved scripts and resources.
• Create adverse event and product quality complaint reports, ensuring precise data entry and narrative writing.
• Investigate, clarify, and capture adverse event and product quality information.
• Process safety data in compliance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including collection and tracking of adverse events.
• Maintain quality standards and demonstrate problem‑solving capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (mandatory).
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience (desirable).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).
