Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

AMS is seeking a Recruiter to join its Internal Talent Acquisition team for the Americas. The role supports hiring managers in Monterrey (hybrid) or Mexico City (remote) to fill vacancies on schedule while meeting quality standards and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Managers, advising on recruitment processes and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to design attraction strategies, monitor funnel metrics, and remove bottlenecks.
• Lead vacancy consultation discussions, defining role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI considerations, pay range, and timelines.
• Ensure end‑to‑end recruitment delivery aligns with contractual obligations and client SLAs.
• Mentor supporting teams on best practices and client culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for corporate clients.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, meet SLAs/KPIs, and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with DEI recruitment requirements.
