IT Project Manager – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead the delivery of multiple projects within our healthcare IT portfolio, working remotely from Mexico. This role requires strong communication, quick learning of business concepts, and meticulous documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of projects across multiple portfolios.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in US healthcare.
• Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Healthcare IT technology, infrastructure, and electronic records implementation in a large matrix organization.
• Understanding of SDLC, PMBOK, Agile Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master preferred (not mandatory).
