About the role

Key responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems via email, phone, and Jira.
• Perform computer troubleshooting and general office hardware maintenance.
• Manage hardware purchases and building security card administration.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk environment.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
