IT Support Technician – Hybrid (León, MX)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our growing team in León, Mexico. This hybrid position supports both internal staff and external workforce professionals, ensuring technology runs smoothly in a fast‑paced, global environment. The role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who enjoys problem‑solving and helping others.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal team members and external professionals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user‑access issues.
• Assist with user onboarding, device setup, and technical configurations.
• Manage and respond to support tickets promptly, documenting actions and outcomes.
• Diagnose root causes, implement effective solutions, and communicate updates clearly.
• Escalate complex problems when necessary while maintaining ownership of the user experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and help create a positive support experience.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
• Based in or near León, Mexico, and available during EST business hours.
