IT Support Technician – Remote for US Company

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain systems and networks for a US‑based company while providing technical assistance to users across multiple locations. The role is fully remote from Mexico, offering the chance to gain international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs and peripheral devices with minimal supervision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests and incidents across multiple locations.
• Travel to branch offices when required.
• Manage Active Directory – create, modify, and deactivate user and computer accounts.
• Identify and resolve LAN and Internet connectivity problems.
• Apply standard troubleshooting methodologies to diagnose technical problems.
• Document all support cases in the help‑desk ticketing system from request to resolution.
• Install and configure IT equipment, including desktops, networking devices, and UPS systems.
• Provide clear, professional technical support and guidance to end users.
