IT System Administrator – Workplace Management

About the role

SAF-HOLLAND is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to lead workplace management across the enterprise. You will ensure seamless software packaging, device lifecycle management, and endpoint security for a diverse fleet of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Key responsibilities

• Create, test, and deploy software packages (MSI, EXE, scripts) across the organization.
• Administer endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Apple Business Manager.
• Manage device lifecycle, compliance, security, and automation for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Provide advanced Level 2/3 troubleshooting for operating systems, applications, and deployments.
• Maintain endpoint security and vulnerability management using Microsoft best practices.
• Support SharePoint Online governance, permissions, collaboration tools, and user assistance.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders to optimize technology solutions and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in endpoint management and enterprise support.

Required skills

• Software packaging (MSI, EXE, deployment scripts).

• Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).
