Senior Analyst – Single Sign On Cyber Security

About the role

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead and enhance its enterprise identity security program. In this role you will own the identity technology stack, automate access controls, and ensure robust Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, support, and continuously improve identity technology, configuration, and operations.
• Design and implement tools and processes that automate access provisioning and policy enforcement at scale.
• Promote and enforce security best practices for critical production systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT and security teams to drive SSO and MFA initiatives.
• Recommend and adopt technical security controls to strengthen the overall security posture and improve the user experience.
• Support identity‑related security initiatives for infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Participate in security incident response as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) role.
• Strong technical proficiency with IAM solutions such as Okta, Auth0, or similar.
• Experience managing large‑scale IAM environments and business requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with SSO technologies and identity protocols (SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth 2.x).

Required skills

• Okta, Auth0, Ping or comparable SSO platforms.
• Identity protocols: SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth 2.x.
• Active Directory administration.
• Service management tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK) – preferred.
