IT Analyst – Site Support (Apodaca, Mexico)

About the role

The IT Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all IT‑related matters at our Apodaca site, ensuring that business operations run smoothly through effective technical support and collaboration with the KDC/One ICT team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for business applications, PCs, printers, scanners and local network infrastructure.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business processes.
• Support implementation, maintenance and optimisation of IT applications and infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, system access and IT service requests.
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments and process improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with colleagues.
