About the role

As a key player in the Analytics Engineering & BI team, you will own and evolve Power Digital’s enterprise LookML semantic layer, building scalable data products that serve internal stakeholders and clients across a multi‑tenant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise LookML semantic layer for 1,000+ staff and 600+ clients.
• Write scalable, performant LookML with rich metadata to support conversational analytics.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear technical implementations and design reusable self‑service analytics.
• Design LookML for scale and performance, partner with Analytics Engineering on query optimization, and govern LookML across multiple Looker instances.
• Maintain the LookML style guide, naming conventions, and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production‑grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery preferred).
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data‑warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience in performance‑marketing analytics and ability to work at a multi‑client pace.
• Experience with git‑based version control and CI/CD workflows.
