IT Technician

About the role

As an IT Technician you will provide day‑to‑day technical support across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software and network systems. You will troubleshoot issues, support end‑users and work with Microsoft 365 and basic Power Platform tools while helping maintain a secure IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi.
• Install, configure, maintain and update operating systems and business applications.
• Support basic digital solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI, documenting issues and asset changes.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and end‑user applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, Windows Server and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Good communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
