JavaScript Full-Stack Developer (ReactJS, Next.js)

About the role

EPAM is looking for a highly capable JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to create rich, responsive web and hybrid‑mobile applications. You will work with multi‑national teams, turning interactive designs into fast, SEO‑friendly, mobile‑first user interfaces using React and Next.js.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high‑performance, responsive web applications with React and Next.js, leveraging SSR, SSG and API routes.
• Implement pixel‑perfect, mobile‑first designs that adapt across devices, optimizing layouts, animations and touch interactions.
• Manage complex client‑side state using Redux, Zustand or Context API and integrate with RESTful or GraphQL back‑ends.
• Profile and optimise applications for Core Web Vitals, loading speed and smooth rendering on low‑powered mobile devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code, conduct code reviews and contribute to a shared UI component library.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven experience in modern web development focused on user‑facing features.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and React.
• Practical experience with the Next.js framework (App Router or Pages Router, Server Components).
• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks or methodologies such as Tailwind CSS, styled‑components or CSS Modules.
• Experience optimizing web apps for mobile browsers, PWAs or hybrid mobile containers.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Minimum English level B1+.
