Junior Business Architect – Operations

About the role

Klar is looking for a Junior Business Architect to support its Operations team in Mexico City. You will work in a fast‑moving fintech environment, helping to turn data into actionable insights and improve core processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational and analytical initiatives across the business.
• Perform data analysis, create visual presentations and reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Execute manual operations using Klar’s internal software applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Engineering, Digital Business Transformation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem‑finding and problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL.
• Basic Python programming.
• Familiarity with Tableau (a plus).
