Junior Commercial Attorney – Contracts

About the role

Elevate is seeking a Junior Commercial Attorney to join its Contracts Legal team in Mexico. You will support the review and management of work orders and related agreements for data‑center customers, ensuring compliance with internal playbooks and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Review large volumes of work orders, statements of work, NDAs, software license agreements and other commercial contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Raise queries, follow up on requests, and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with global teams to align contract processes and exceed customer expectations.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert when complex issues arise.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and updating process documents, playbooks, SOPs and trackers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience supporting substantive transactional contracts, including review and interpretation of commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Ability to perform quality checks on own work and that of others.
