Junior Frontline Recruiter – High Volume Hiring

About the role

As a Junior Frontline Recruiter you will support PepsiCo’s high‑volume hiring needs across the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide recruitment consulting to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate tracking throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure timely communication.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in frontline or high‑volume recruitment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and results‑orientation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
