Junior Full-Stack Developer (Bilingual)

About the role

IA Remodeling is developing an AI‑assisted call‑center platform and needs a junior full‑stack developer to join the team in Cancún. You will work on both the front‑end and back‑end, helping to deliver a reliable, high‑performance tool for call‑center agents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the front‑end using React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit and UI libraries such as Mantine.
• Build and extend the back‑end services with Fastify, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, including Twilio and ElevenLabs, and handle real‑time communication via WebSockets.
• Manage authentication and data persistence using Firebase Authentication and SQL databases through Prisma ORM.
• Support deployment, monitoring and scaling on AWS EC2, configure NGINX, SSL/WSS and set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Debug technical issues by reading vendor documentation and ensure overall platform performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Junior‑level experience or strong academic background in software development.
• Ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot integration problems.
