Junior Graphic Designer (Footwear Brands)

About the role

Vida Shoes International is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to strengthen the brand presence of its diverse footwear portfolio, including Stride Rite, Saucony, Merrell, and more. You will collaborate with a cross‑disciplinary marketing team to translate concepts into visual assets that drive sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute creative briefs for seasonal campaigns, digital assets, email templates, and in‑store displays.
• Design and adapt visual assets for websites, social media, wholesale presentations, catalogs, packaging, and advertisements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure production‑ready files for print and digital use.
• Support the e‑commerce team with collaborative vision implementation and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Organize and maintain creative asset libraries, templates, and file‑management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic or brand design, preferably within retail or footwear.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to incorporate feedback quickly and manage high‑volume workloads.

Required skills

• Figma (mandatory).
• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with AI platforms is a plus.
