Junior HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Mexico City. In this role you will support business leaders with workforce planning, employee relations and HR initiatives, helping to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to address workforce and organisational needs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and employee‑related matters.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling and workplace conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement, wellness and culture‑building initiatives.
• Facilitate performance management processes and coach managers.
• Analyse HR metrics and deliver insights for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and HR procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Talent Management or similar functions.
• Understanding of HR processes, labour‑law compliance and employee‑lifecycle management.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
